We highly recommend that every homeschooler in Colorado read and understand the Homeschool Statute. It is what sets limits on State and School officials when is comes to dealing with homeschool families. Unfortunately, there are many sources of inaccurate information about homeschooling in Colorado, some even in the homeschool community. The best way to combat them is to know the truth from its source. We have placed copies of some essential sections in the Colorado State Statutes on our Reference pages. |
